In the B3 Universe, the Dear family comes from a long lineage of pure blood rockstar vampires. Girlfriend is non pure blood. Nor is her female parent. Girlfriend was originally built-in a male and was raised as a male for most of her life. Her family did not allow her to visit anywhere outside their house (even though they went out frequently to perform), so she did non know much well-nigh what went on exterior. During that time, they talked most their lives and struggles. She also let BF know nearly the discomfort she felt with her body and gender. BF, (being the cool guy he is,) permit her know that people around the earth experience the same way. And what being transgender is. After she transitioned MtF, her discomfort finally dissipated. She couldn't thank BF enough for helping her through her journey, so she asked him out. He said yes, but he also told GF to go back and tell her parents about her transition and BF. She took his advice, and information technology turned out kind of well. Both parents were happy to become their baby back, and they were very accepting of their girl. Only they were not happy about BF. So uhh… cue week 1.
